WORLDSBK: PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Get ready for an action-packed weekend! Join us on September 08-09-10, 2023 for the 20th anniversary of the French Round WorldSBK.

Keep the following practical information in mind to ensure an optimal experience during the event.

TICKETING

A physical ticket office will be open (at the Main and EST entrances)

– Thursday, September 7, 2023 – 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM – East Entrance only

– Friday, September 8, 2023 – 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM – Main Entrance and East Entrance

– Saturday, September 9, 2023 – 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM – Main Entrance and East Entrance

– Sunday, September 10, 2023 – 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM – Main Entrance and East Entrance

Outside of physical ticket office hours, QR codes will be made available to you to reserve your tickets online.

ACCESS

Pedestrian access will be via the East entrance only on Thursday September 07 from 18:00.
For Friday, Saturday and Sunday entrances will be through the Main Entrance and the EAST Entrance.

The East car park will open to the general public on Thursday, September 07th from 18:00 pm.

The General Admission area will open to the public on Friday, September 08th from 08:00 am.

The site will close to the public on Monday, September 11th at 12:00 PM.

All Sunday tickets can be returned to the site on Saturday, September 09th from 18:30 pm.

ENTERTAINMENT

Paddock Show (autograph sessions, podiums, photos, etc.) throughout the event. Offered to everyone except those with an East Grandstand ticket without the "General Admission" supplement.

Pitwalk:

Friday, September 08 – 17:00 PM to 18:00 PM . Free for everyone except those with an East Stand ticket without the "General Admission" supplement or a Sunday ticket.

Likewise, in the event of a delay or incident on the track, the promoter and the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours reserve the right to cancel the Pitwalk sessions. In this case, no refund will be possible since the Pitwalk is offered, and not included, for the “General Enclosure” and “Adelaïde Tribune” weekend tickets purchased.

RESTORATION

Catering points will be set up in the village, in the paddock and the EST parking lot.

The paddock bar and the Circuit restaurant will be open during the event.

A Bodéga will be set up in the village, under the marquee.

PARKING

Activation of free guarded motorcycle parking with helmet storage.
Except for those holding an East Stand Ticket without a "General Admission" supplement.

Free outdoor parking in front of the Main Entrance.

· PARKING P9 (3 DAYS)

> Only for car and camper van parking.

Parking P9 is not accessible/valid with a Weekend or Sunday East Stand ticket without the "General Admission" supplement. Camping is strictly prohibited. Parking P9 does not offer amenities such as water, electricity, or showers. Access is via the East entrance.

· PARKING P2 (3 DAYS)

> Only for car parking and valid for "General Admission" and "Adelaide Stand" tickets, or Grandstand tickets WITH the "General Admission" supplement

> Motorhomes and camping are strictly prohibited.

> Entrance to the car park will be through the main entrance.

· EAST PARKING (3 DAYS)

> Camp only (free for motorbikes).

> Access to cars/vans/trucks and motorhomes will be regulated at a rate of €10,00 per vehicle for the weekend. This car park will be active from Thursday September 07, 18:00 p.m. to Monday, September 11, 12:00 p.m.

PRICES AND PRM ACCESS

A rate for people with reduced mobility is available at the physical ticket office upon presentation of a valid disability card.

Four PMR platforms are open for WorldSBK ; they are located at the main entrance, the EAST entrance, at the entrance to the village and between the Adelaide Grandstand and the EAST Grandstand.
