The 2025 Fanatec GT World Challenge Europe Powered by AWS season will begin with a six-hour race at Circuit Paul Ricard, while a decisive Endurance Cup round at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya and a return to Magny-Cours were also confirmed.
Circuit Paul Ricard retains its place at the top of the calendar from April 11-13 and will return to the popular weekend format used between 2015 and 2023, with the action taking place from daylight to dark on Saturday evening. This will be the first time the Fanatec GT Europe season has started with a six-hour race.
The Sprint Cup will then begin with rounds at Brand Hatch (May 3/4) and Zandvoort (May 16-18), the latter returning to the calendar after a year of absence. Monza will host the second stage of the endurance circuit (May 30-June 1), while the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa will begin its 77th edition from June 26-29.
Misano hosts its annual Sprint Cup competition from July 18-20, followed by a return to Nevers Magny-Cours from August 1-3. The French event will take place three weeks earlier than in 2024 and is the only addition to the provisional calendar announced during Stéphane Ratel's press conference on the occasion of the centenary of the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa.
The Nürburgring will host an Endurance Cup event from August 29-31, while the Ricardo Tormo Valencia Circuit will once again host the Sprint Cup on the weekend of September 19-21. The 4km circuit was already part of the calendar between 2021 and 2023 and will also host the FIA Motorsport Games this year.
Fanatec GT Europe remains in Spain for its final round, which will take place at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya from October 10-12. After the addition of Nevers Magny-Cours in the Sprint Cup, the 4,7 km circuit will close the season with a three-hour Endurance Cup event. Barcelona has already hosted the final six times, most recently in 2022.
In addition to the competitions, the traditional pre-season prologue will take place on the Paul Ricard circuit on March 10 and 11, while the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa prologue will take place on May 13 and 14.
