- A physical ticket office will be open at THE EASTERN ENTRANCE, at the following times:
– Thursday, September 03rd – 18:00 PM – 21:00 PM
– Friday, September 04 – 08:00 a.m. – 21:00 p.m.
– Saturday, September 05 – 08:00 a.m. – 21:00 p.m.
– Sunday, September 06 – 08:00 a.m. - 15:00 p.m.
- A physical ticket office will be open at MAIN ENTRANCE, at the following times:
– Friday, September 04 – 08:00 a.m. – 17:00 p.m.
– Saturday, September 05 – 08:00 a.m. – 17:00 p.m.
– Sunday, September 06 – 08:00 a.m. - 15:00 p.m.
Outside of physical ticket office hours, QR codes will be available to book your tickets online at preferential rates.
In fact, this year, a price increase will apply when purchasing at a physical ticket office.
- Pedestrian access by MAIN ENTRANCE will be possible at the following times:
– Friday, September 04 – 08:00 a.m. – 18:00 p.m.
– Saturday, September 05 – 08:00 a.m. – 18:00 p.m.
– Sunday, September 06 – 08:00 a.m. - 15:00 p.m.
- Pedestrian access via the SOUTH GATE will be possible at the following times:
– Friday, September 04 – 08:00 a.m. – 13:00 p.m.
– Saturday, September 05 – 08:00 a.m. – 15:00 p.m.
– Sunday, September 06 – 08:00 a.m. - 13:00 p.m.
- Le East parking will open to the general public on Thursday, September 03th from 18:00 and will remain open continuously.
- The site will close to campers on Monday, September 07 at 12h00.
- Paddock show (dedications, podiums, photos, etc.) throughout the event. Offered to all.

- Free Pitwalk:
Friday September 04 – 17:00am to 18:00pm. Offered on all weekend tickets.
Saturday September 05 – 16:45am to 17:45pm. Offered on all weekend tickets.
In case of delay or track incident, the promoter and the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours reserve the right to cancel the Pitwalk sessions. In this case, no refund will be possible because the Pitwalk is offered and not included for weekend tickets. Obligation to wear closed shoes and no drinking, eating or smoking on the Pitwalk.
- Paid pitwalks:
Saturday and Sunday Pitwalks are offered to VIPs and members of the organization.
Pitwalk access for Saturday 05 September and Sunday 06 September is available for sale at a price of €10 per Pitwalk, limited to 750 Pitwalks on Saturday and 750 Pitwalks on Sunday.
Saturday, September 05th: 11:35 AM – 12:10 PM (provisional times) – VIP, Organizers & Pitwalk Supplement only. Saturday only.
Sunday, September 06th: 11:45 AM – 12:10 PM (provisional times) – VIP, Organizers & Pitwalk Supplement only. Sunday only
No free entry for children.
In the event of a delay or track incident, the promoter and the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours reserve the right to cancel the Pitwalk sessions on Saturday and/or Sunday. In this case, the full refund of the Pitwalk access ticket will be refunded. Closed shoes must be worn and drinking, eating and smoking are prohibited on the Pitwalk.

Camping is strictly prohibited. P9 car park does not offer any amenities such as water/electricity/shower.
Access will be via the East entrance.
Motorhome: we remind you that the P9 car park is equipped with photovoltaic canopies. In the event of damage to this equipment, the Nevers Magny-Cours Circuit reserves the right to take legal action.
As a reminder, vehicles with a height of more than 2.50 meters are prohibited.
- PARKING P2 (3 DAYS) – €20,00
For car parking only.
Motorhomes and camping are strictly prohibited.
Entrance to the car park will be via the main South entrance.

- EAST PARKING (3 DAYS) – €10,00
Camping only (free for motorcycles).
Access to cars/vans/trucks and campers will be regulated at a rate of €10,00 per vehicle for the weekend. This car park will be active from Thursday 03 September 18:00 p.m. to Monday 07 September 12:00 p.m.
- No free helmet storage at the EST car park.
It is possible to camp (tent/camper van/van/cars) on site from Thursday September 03, 18:00 p.m.
Access to the EST Parking lot costs €10 per vehicle – for the weekend and free for motorcycles.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to make fires within the Circuit grounds; only gas barbecues/griddles in closed spaces are permitted.
Access to water and electricity is possible but not guaranteed depending on the number of people.
PRACTICAL INFORMATION MOTORCYCLE PARADE 16:30 PM – 16:45 PM (provisional times)
-Accessible to all weekend ticket holders
– Saturday, September 05: Meeting point at the guarded motorcycle parking lot opposite P2 – 16:15 pm.
– Gloves, helmet and leathers required.
- A rate for people with reduced mobility is available at the physical ticket office upon presentation of a valid disability card.
- 4 PMR platforms are open for the WorldSBK, they are located at the main entrance, the EAST entrance, at the entrance to the village and between the Adelaide Grandstand and the EAST Grandstand.
- Not all stands are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
