Homologation work – Grand prix track
With the aim of responding to the constant evolution of circuit safety and the new standards for international car (FIA) and motorbike (FIM) homologations, the Circuit of Nevers Magny-Cours and the Conseil Départemental de la Nièvre have taken advantage of this second period of shutdown, due to Covid-19, to carry out a certain amount of work on the Grand Prix track.
The run-off area on the left-hand side when braking for Adelaide has been increased.
The wall along the straight, at the exit of the pit chicane has been moved back in order to provide better safety for competitors.
All the team at the Circuit of Nevers Magny-Cours is looking forward to seeing you again with these new conditions, for a wonderful and exciting 2021 season.
