GENERAL FAQ

How to get to the Nevers Magny-Cours Circuit?
To access the Circuit, follow the following route:
Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, Technopôle, CS 8000,1 F-58471 Magny-Cours.

Où can we park on site?
Outside of events and closed doors, access to the site is only possible for pedestrians. Therefore, all cars can park in the EST VIP outdoor car park, opposite the main entrance.

During events, indoor parking may be available for sale or available free of charge.

Are there guided tours to discover the Circuit?
For insurance reasons, guided tours of the infrastructure have currently been stopped.

Can you come with your pet?
For safety reasons and as part of our activities, access to the Circuit with pets, even on a leash, is prohibited.

How to attend events on the Circuit?
For events requiring an access ticket, you can find them on our online ticket office.

Ticket sales during event weekends are only available for certain events. Please contact us here for more information.

Many events are open free to the public, in this case, parking must be done in the outdoor VIP car park opposite the main entrance. Access to the site is on foot only.


Are there preferential rates available for groups?
As part of certain events, group offers are available on the online ticketing.

Are there reduced rates for PRMs (Persons with Reduced Mobility)?
Reduced rates are offered for PRMs, requests are made via the following contact: billetterie@circuitmagnycours.com

Are there any special offers or VIP packages available for visitors?
The Circuit offers VIP experiences, notably during WorldSBK. Find all the offers available on the online ticketing.

What is the policy in the morningère reimbursement of tickets in the event of cancellation of events?
A ticket cannot be refunded even in the event of loss or theft, nor returned or exchanged except in the event of cancellation of an event. In the event of cancellation, only the price of the ticket will be refunded (in no case accommodation or catering). This reimbursement will only be made in favor of the initial purchaser against surrender of the ticket.

Are there reduced rates for PRMs (Persons with Reduced Mobility)?

What are the accesès planned for PRMs?
The Circuit has four locations dedicated to PRMs (Persons with Reduced Mobility). Apart from the Château d'Eau platform, all access is via the village. Find access on the PMR Plan.

Is it possible to fly over the site by drone?
Flying over the site is regulated due to its proximity to the Avord air base. You will find the regulations and conditions to be met before your arrival on the Circuit in the Media Release.


How can I obtain press accreditation to cover an event?

What is the process for working as a photographer on the Circuit?

For any filming/photoshooting on the Nevers Magny-Cours Circuit, the stakeholders must be insured. Two scenarios are possible:

  • The organizer of the event/day of driving or employer insures its employees or service providers.

In this case, it will be asked:

  • A RCO in the name of the company including the following elements:
    • The specific mention “Journalist/photographer or videographer activity on a racing circuit with access to safety lanes»
    • Mention that you cover the different photographers/journalists/videographers present as part of your event/day of driving;
    • Have a coverage amount of at least €500 for material damage per disaster and €6 for bodily injury per incident, in accordance with Articles A331-32 and R331-30 of the Sports Code;

Following validation of this document, each of your service providers/employees will be asked to complete the Media liability waiver upon their arrival at the Circuit and for the organizer of the event/day of driving to complete the online form. This form will certify that the organizer authorizes the service provider/employee to carry out his activity as part of his event/day of driving.

This certificate must be completed as many times as there are service providers/employees carrying out the photographer/journalist/videographer mission.

  • The RCO does not cover the different service providers/employees, each of them must have the following documents: 

– Valid Professional Photographer/Journalist card or a certificate from the employer;

– Insurance certificate for professional activity for the exercise of Photographer/journalist/videographer valid with:

- The mention the reference activity photographer/journalist/videographer on the automobile circuit ;

– The mention of access to safety routes if this is the case;

– Have a coverage amount of at least €500 for material damage per incident and €000 for bodily injury per claim, in accordance with Articles A6-100 and R000-331 of the Sports Code ;

– Have read and completed beforehand (or upon arrival) the Media liability waiver available on: https://www.circuitmagnycours.com/documents-officiels/ which will be handed over to the slopes service;

As an organizer using a media service, you will be asked to complete the following form: https://www.circuitmagnycours.com/autorisation-service-medias/ , which will certify that the organizer authorizes the service provider/employee to carry out his activity within the framework of his event/day of driving.

This certificate must be completed as many times as you have a service provider/employee carrying out the photographer mission.

For drone flights over the site, a prior declaration must be made on AlphaTango.

Can I camp on the Circuit?

Camping areas are available on the Circuit.

Depending on the events, these zones are defined in agreement with the organizers/promoters and the Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, and are therefore subject to changing locations.

Access to camping areas may require payment for certain events.

A free camping solution is accessible all year round and is located in the EST VIP Parking opposite the main entrance. Access to water and electricity is not possible there.


Can I come and camp in a motorhome on the Circuit during the events?
Motorhomes can only have access to two camping areas: the EST car park and the village.

As a reminder, these two areas do not have a false drain. Any illegal emptying will be punishable by a fine of €500 including tax.

Can I have access to water and electricity?
Water and electricity points are available in the EST Parking and the village, however access is not guaranteed depending on crowds.

Can I reserve my campsite?
Locations cannot be reserved or defined in advance. It is up to campers to choose their location based on availability upon arrival.

How can I participate as an exhibitor or food truck during events on the Circuit?

How can I participate as a Track Marshal during events organized on the Circuit?

What catering solutions are available on the Circuit?
The Circuit restaurant “Le Molière” welcomes you all year round. Pre-booking here

Can I picnic during events?
It is possible to picnic on the site, particularly in the village, thanks to the areas provided for this purpose.
