Authorization to provide photography services

For any filming/photoshooting on the Nevers Magny-Cours Circuit, the stakeholders must be insured. Two scenarios are possible:

  • The organizer of the event/day of driving or employer insures its employees or service providers.

In this case, it will be asked:

  • A RCO in the name of the company including the following elements:
    • The specific mention “Journalist/photographer or videographer activity on a racing circuit with access to safety lanes»
    • Mention that you cover the different photographers/journalists/videographers present as part of your event/day of driving;
    • Have a coverage amount of at least €500 for material damage per disaster and €6 for bodily injury per incident, in accordance with Articles A331-32 and R331-30 of the Sports Code;

Following validation of this document, each of your service providers/employees will be asked to complete the Media liability waiver upon their arrival at the Circuit and the organizer of the event/track day will complete the Photographer/Journalist/Videographer Service Authorization form online: https://www.circuitmagnycours.com/autorisation-couverture-prestation-de-service-medias-organisateur/ ;

This form will certify that the organizer authorizes and assures the service provider/employee to carry out their activity within the framework of their event/driving day.

This certificate must be completed as many times as there are service providers/employees carrying out the photographer/journalist/videographer mission.

  • The RCO does not cover the different service providers/employees, each of them must have the following documents:

– Valid Professional Photographer/Journalist card or a certificate from the employer;

– Insurance certificate for professional activity for the exercise of Photographer/journalist/videographer valid with:

Mention of photographer/journalist/videographer activity on Circuit automobile ;

– The mention of access to safety routes if this is the case;

– Have a minimum coverage amount of €500,000 for material damage per claim and €6,100,000 for bodily injury per claim, in accordance with Articles A331-32 and R331-30 of the Sports Code ;

– To have read and completed beforehand (or upon arrival) the Media liability waiver available on: https://www.circuitmagnycours.com/documents-officiels/ which must be given to the track service;

As an organizer using a media service provider, you will be asked to fill out the following form: https://www.circuitmagnycours.com/autorisation-service-medias/ , which will attest that the organizer authorizes the provider/employee to carry out their activity within the framework of their event/track day.

This certificate must be completed as many times as you have a service provider/employee carrying out the photographer mission.

For drone flights over the site, a prior declaration must be made on AlphaTango.
